Cardboard
By having our own cardboard production, we have full control over the manufacturing process and can tailor it to the individual needs of our clients. We offer flexibility in executing projects that require custom solutions, allowing us to meet the most ambitious challenges. Our cardboard is a guarantee of durability and functionality.
Printing
We print on substrates from 90g/m2 to 350g/m2 in a maximum size of 1250x1650mm using conventional and UV methods, allowing us to execute projects for various purposes.
Laminating
We have one of the most advanced laminating machines in Poland. Depending on the requirements, we use corrugated boards of the following types: F, E, B, EF, EE, EB.
Die-cutting
Modern die-cutting equipment allows precise cutting of packaging into any shape and size, tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Thanks to our advanced machine park, we can die-cut corrugated and solid cardboard up to 25 mm thick, in a maximum size of 1620 x 1250 mm.
Gluing
The folding and gluing stage of packaging is carried out using advanced folder-gluers, ensuring precision and durability of the finished products. We handle packaging up to a maximum size of 1650 x 1200 mm, using spot gluing technology, which allows us to execute both simple and more complex projects. As a result, the finished packaging meets the highest usability standards and stands out for its aesthetic craftsmanship.
